No Returns

All purchases made on MADX are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Delay caused by the courier
• Minor color differences due to screen settings

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

After verification, we may provide a replacement or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
